Access Arrangements

All ground floor meeting rooms are accessible to wheelchair and scooter users.

An audio loop induction system is available in the Council Chamber and Committee Rooms 1, 4a and 4b for those with hearing difficulties (a portable induction loop is available for other rooms on request).

Contact the Committee Officer if you have any individual requirements to enable you to attend the meeting as soon as possible before the date of the meeting.

We can provide information in other formats (large print, audio, Braille) or languages on request.

7.DECISION BOOK REFERENCES
To consider any requests received by the Monitoring Officer pursuant to Standing Order 42, for consideration of matters falling within the Committee's Powers & Duties which have been the subject of Decision Book reports.
  
8.ENDORSEMENT OF REVISED GREEN PARK MASTERPLAN, 2016
A report setting out the context and the main changes to the existing Green Park Masterplan that are proposed by Oxford Properties, in their Revised Masterplan for the Park and seeking the Committee's comments on the changes and on a draft letter of endorsement of the Revised Masterplan that has been requested by Oxford Properties.
Oxford Properties, the new owners of the Green Park Business Park, will present their Revised Masterplan proposals for Green Park to the Committee.

9.PLANNING ANNUAL MONITORING REPORT APRIL 2014 TO MARCH 2015
A report to asking the Committee to note the Annual Monitoring Report that presents a digest of monitoring information collected by the Council to assess the progress of planning policies and to monitor the outcome of Local Development Framework policies.

10.LOCAL PLAN ISSUES AND OPTIONS - OUTCOME OF CONSULTATION
A report providing the Committee with a summary of the headline results of community involvement on Issues and Options for the Local Plan and seeking approval for amending the Local Development Scheme, which is the document setting out the programme for producing new planning policies.

11.TECHNICAL CONSULTATION ON IMPLEMENTATION OF PLANNING CHANGES
A report summarising the changes to the planning system proposed in the Technical Consultation that was published by the Department for Communities and Local Government on 18 February 2016, considering some of the possible implications for the planning system as it currently operates and specifically for the Council and seeking approval to a recommended draft response to the consultation.

12.CONSERVATION AREAS ENHANCEMENT PILOT PROJECT - UPDATE ON TRAINING DAY
