The Minutes of the meetings held on 10 and 17 October 2024 were confirmed as correct records and signed by the Chair.

To consider an application for the grant of a premises licence in respect of Caprinos Pizza, 93 Wokingham Road, Reading, RG6 1LH.

The Sub-Committee considered a report on an application submitted by Rubys Food Ltd for the grant of a premises licence in respect of Caprinos Pizza, 93 Wokingham Road, Reading, RG6 1LH.

The Sub-Committee considered a request received by Licensing officers from the applicant’s representative, Bill Donne, Silver Fox Licensing Consultants, to adjourn the hearing as he was unable to represent his client at the meeting for medical reasons.

Robert Smalley, Licensing Enforcement Officer, Reading Borough Council, attended the meeting remotely and addressed the Sub-Committee via Teams video link. The applicant and the applicant’s representative did not attend the hearing.

Resolved:

That the application for the grant of a premises licence in respect of Caprinos Pizza, 93 Wokingham Road, Reading, RG6 1LH, be adjourned until 9.30 am on Thursday, 21 November 2024.
