To receive petitions on traffic management matters submitted in accordance with the Sub-Committee’s Terms of Reference.

A report providing the Sub-Committee with an update and response to a petition requesting the Council grant licensed hackney carriage vehicles access to use the A33 bus lanes.

A report provding the Sub-Committee with details of the Woodley Active Travel Scheme and in particular the Palmer Park Avenue Parallel Crossing and seeking approval to carry out the appropriate statutory consultation.

A report providing the Sub-Committee with an update on the progress made on the delivery of a number Bus Service Improvement Plan schemes and seeking approval to consult on those items identified within the report.

A report informing the Sub-Committee of requests for traffic management measures that have been raised with officers.

A report informing the Sub-Committee of progress and decision making in respect of the Traffic Regulaiton Order rectification process.

The following motion will be moved by the Chair:

“That, pursuant to Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) members of the press and public be excluded during consideration of the following item on the agenda, as it is likely that there would be disclosure of exempt information as defined in the relevant Paragraphs of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of that Act”

To consider appeals against the refusal of applications for the issue of discretionary parking permits.
