This report sets out a decision to take a
surrender of the existing Lease of Chilmington House (the
“Premises”) and grant a new Lease to Chilmington Homes
Ltd.
It is the decision of the Executive Director for Economic Growth
& Neighbourhood Services, in consultation with the Leader of
the Council, the Lead Councillor for Adult Social Care, the
Assistant Director of Finance and relevant Ward Councillors to
lease Chilmington House on the terms set out in paragraph 4.2 of
this Report.
