• Councillor Jason Brock - Pecuniary - Councillor Brock declared a pecuniary interest in this item, on the basis that he was a Council-appointed Director of an organisation for which it was proposed to write off a debt owed to the Council by means of a retroactive reduction in rent. He left the meeting and took no part in the debate or decision.
