All ground floor meeting rooms are accessible to wheelchair and scooter users.

An audio loop induction system is available in the Council Chamber and Committee Rooms 1, 4a and 4b for those with hearing difficulties (a portable induction loop is available for other rooms on request).

MAPLEDURHAM PAVILION - CONDITION AND DRAFT ACCOUNTS

The report provides an update on the current condition of Mapledurham Pavilion and presents the 2015/16 draft accounts prior to their submission to the Charity Commission.

REVISED PROPOSAL FROM THE EDUCATION FUNDING AGENCY

The report advises of a revised proposal from the Education Funding Agency regarding potential acquisition of part of Mapledurham Recreation Ground/Playing Fields for the purpose of building a new school for the Heights Free School.
