Structural and fabric improvement following a Structural Engineer’s surveys and following recent damage.

The Committee considered a report on the above application.

Comments were received and considered.

At the meeting it was proposed and agreed to amend conditions 3 and 4 to refer to ‘like for like’ restoration of the stonework and gate, and to amend condition 5 to require qualified professional cleaning to be carried out with the approval of the Conservation Officer.

Resolved –

            That listed building consent for application 240868/LBC be granted, subject to the conditions and informatives as set out in the report, with the conditions amended as agreed at the meeting.
