This report sets out the decision to enter
into a lease for the rental of unit 32-41 West Street Reading for
use as a cycle hub as outlined in Reading’s Capability Fund
initiative.
It is the decision of the Executive Director of Economic Growth
& Neighbourhood Services, in consultation with the Lead
Councillor for Strategic Environment, Planning and Transport, to
enter into a lease for unit 32-41 West Street, Reading, subject to
confirmation from the DfT that grant funding can be allocated for
the full 12 months.
