Installation of 3.6m x 2.4m storage shed.

The Committee considered a report on the above application.  An update report was tabled at the meeting which explained that no further representations had been received during the consultation period and that the application was therefore recommended for approval.

Comments were received and considered.

Resolved –

That, pursuant to Regulation 3 of the Town and Country Planning General Regulations 1992, the carrying out of the development PL/24/1441(REG3) be authorised, subject to the conditions and informatives as recommended in the report.
