Hackney Carriage Unmet Demand Survey A report setting out the findings of the latest Unmet Demand Survey and the Department for Transport’s (DfT) Best Practice Guidance on taxi quantity restrictions. The report presents evidence on the level of demand for Hackney Carriage services within Reading and recommends retaining the current limit of 216 Hackney Carriage licences.
