Consideration of any formally submitted questions from members of the public under Standing Order 36 in relation to matters falling within the Board’s powers and duties, which have been submitted in writing and received by the Head of Legal & Democratic Services no later than four clear working days before the meeting.

David Munday, Consultant in Public Health, will give an update at the meeting.

Niki Barton, Strategic Communications Manager, will give an overview of communication plans and activities to prevent and respond to local outbreaks.

Meradin Peachey, Director of Public Health, Berkshire, will give an update on any lessons learned from recent outbreaks, if necessary. 

A presentation will be given on the work done to support the most vulnerable in the first wave of Covid-19 and the work planned for winter 2020 and the second wave.

The next meeting is proposed to be scheduled for Friday 26 February 2021.
