Kathryn Cook, Assistant Director HR and Organisational Development, gave the Committee a verbal report on the Staff Survey. She explained that the Survey had been initially had been open for responses for four weeks and that this had subsequently been extended for a further week and that 793 responses had been received including paper copies. The questions had been the same as the previous survey, to provide consistent trend data and headlines would be produced by the end of July 2024. The responses would be fully analysed over the summer and a detailed action plan would be drawn up. The initial data showed that the responses were broadly similar to the last survey, with no major shifts up or down.
