The Committee received a report on the work and performance of the Planning Development Management Team over the last year (1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026) with a comparison to previous years.

The Committee placed on record its thanks to Planning Officers for the consistent high quality of their work, noting in particular the quality of planning decisions, as demonstrated by the appeal outcome numbers for the 2025-26 year.
