The Head of Legal & Democratic Services submitted a report asking the Committee, acting as shareholder of Homes for Reading (HfR), to appoint a director to the HfR Board. There was a vacancy because Councillor Hopper had stood down from the Board.

That Councillor Grashoff be appointed as a Director of Homes for Reading.
