A report sharing the findings from a health equity audit of the NHS Health Check (NHSHC) programme in Reading and the latest national and regional evidence for the programme and describing the work to improve uptake of the Check in Reading, focussing on those at highest risk of cardiovascular disease and also most disproportionately affected by the impact of Covid-19.
